Hola Todos!
How´s it going on the homefront? I'm doing well here. This week was a good week. We've been working a lot more with the members here, and you can see the results. This week we had Fior's baptism. It went really well. She's been investigating the church without the missionaries and she's got one of the strongest testimonies that I've seen here. She's also been going to institute classes for a while now and has a TON of friends in the church. She had a baptismal date before I had ever even taught her, because I was on a companionship exchange with our Zone Leaders.
We're also teaching some families right now. Lorenzo and Paulina and their four kids have been going to church since the week I got here, and the members have really accepted them well. Lorenzo Loves to read the Book of Mormon. We were super excited this week to find out that one of the members inited them to have a "noche de Hogar" tonight and to see how excited they all are to go. They tell us that they don't want to get married until December, but that's getting closer and closer, so we'll just keep helping them lear more about the gospel and get them married in December.
Yeah, I can't think of much else to say right now. It's good to hear about all of the snow. I'm enjoying the snow here too; the stuff my fridge makes at least. OH yeah! I've got another random fruit to look up in English. It's called Lechosa. It's about the size of a footbal and has a whole bunch of little black seeds in the middle. It's really good in shakes too.
Anyhow, Happy Thanksgiving!
