Hola,

There isn´t too much more to report right now.  I´m excited for the work coming up in the nest couple of weeks for us.  We´ve  worked hard the past week and were able to get a lot of our investigators to church.  We ended up staying behind both of the busses for church this week to wait and bring an investigator that we knew was coming.  As we were waiting for the investigator we were scrounging up all the coins we had to firuge out the buss fare.  Then about four other investigators that we hadn´t expected showed up as well.  We weren´t really shore what we would have to do to get to the chapple.  Just then, another investigator, whom we had though didn´t have any more interest and wasn´t coming to church, pulled up and took us and the other six investigators to church.  We were glad to see that our work is not only paying off, put ot kept us from having to pay buss fare on Sunday.  We´ve picked up about 20 new investigators this week and a lot of them seem excited to recieve our message.

We took the morning today to go out to the part of our area that´s more in the jungle than in the city to look around and to get some good pictures.  It was pretty cool.  It really amazes me here how well suff just grows and grows.  This country really is beautiful once you get out of the city.  I also ran into an old investigator that moved far away without telling us.  It was fun to talk to him a litle bitt and see that everything is going well with him and his family.  I´m going to try to start taking more pictures now,  I just have to remember to take the caamera out of my backpack when we go back out to teach after lunch.

Not much else that I can think about to say right now.  Thank you everyone for your prayers.  I can really feel them helping me here when I get tired or worn out.  It seems like things just end up inexplicably working out right a lot of the time.  I´m adapting a lot more to the country and getting a lot better at communicating in spanish.  It´s hard to keep speaking good spanish here, as many of the Dominicans can´t understand me unless I purposly slur and butcher my words.  Ojala que you puedo hablar español que no es malo quando yo volvo!
