Not much new to talk about today. The members of the ward have really been helping us a lot this week. This week we had more lessons with a member than without and we were able to get 17 investigators to church this week. I hope we´ll get to see more of them get baptised. This week we baptised an invetigator named Yulisa. She had a few doubts after we put the date for her baptism, but we were able to resolve them.
One expierience we had this week:
As my companion and I were walking down the street to our area after lunch, we passed a teenage girl going the other direction. I fetl like stapping to talk to her for a minute, but figured we needed to get to the next lesson and didn´t want to be late. My companion later told me he thought something along the same lines. After we passed the girl and walked down the street a little she stopped, turned around, and called out for us to ask us something. When we got close enough to talk and say we were missionaries the only thing she said is that she had a question, which was; ¨¿Ustedes creen en el Espiritu Santo?¨ (Do you beleive in the Holy Ghost?) My companion responded ¨Oh! Que buena pregunta!¨ (Oh! What a good question!) Moral of the story: Listen to the Holy Ghost a little better so that other people don´t have to respond to it instead.
Anyhow, Nut much else to say. I´ll be in the same area with the same companion for at least another six weeks. I got Mom´s christmas package-- Thanks Mom! =)
